This is where we post our bi-weekly roundup of photos. See what’s happening inside Magic Touch Home Care Team – the caregiving work we do and also the fun things we enjoy at home. It’s our way of building a connection with you. Because when you let us into your home to take care of your beloved family member, you’d also want to know who we are as real people with our own families.
Thanksgiving Day is behind us now. But it certainly does not stop us from being thankful all year-round. Out of all the holidays in a year, it is the one holiday that forces us to pause and think about all the good things we have in our lives.
We pass around a series of goodwill messages and shout out thanks for everything big or small to our friends and family. And not only is it the holiday with the most positive vibe going around, but it is also the day where we have plenty of food on the table but without the pressure of exchanging gifts.
Magic Touch Homecare did a round-up of its staff’s (office staff, on-duty caregivers, and home care clients) Thanksgiving celebration, and here are the best photos that they shared:
Of course, on top of the list was the deliciously plated homecooked turkey and juicy roast beef slices kept warm in the chafing dish.
Our Operations Manager and her lovely little dog, Willow, hungry for the freshly-roasted turkey.
And the kids happily helped in the kitchen! Oh, don’t we wish they’d do this every dinner time :).

And eating altogether, exchanging stories of past happy memories are also the most fun part of our Thanksgiving dinner!

We also gathered the thoughts of our beloved caregivers who’s been working tirelessly on their assigned cases from Magic Touch Homecare.
I’m so thankful for our family who’s been covid free all year. Especially my 95-year-old dad. I’m so thankful for God first in my life who brought me through a very difficult knee replacement surgery. We are very thankful this year is coming to end and we will take the safe vaccine. We hope the world will turn to Jesus amongst all the suffering. He knows when we come into this world & his plan is perfect when we are to leave our earthly bodies and join him in Heaven.

I’m grateful that I’m healthy despite this pandemic! I’m grateful that I have a job and I’m surrounded by good people – my family, friends, co-workers, and good bosses.
