Magic Touch Homecare is headquartered in Orange County, California. We are a companion care agency that provides non-medical care and support for seniors and older adults with disabilities.

We exist to provide you with the help you need in meeting the many challenges of caring for your older loved one.

One of these challenges is how to keep them safe yet still maintain a little independence at home.

We can build a customized care plan that’s appropriate to the their needs. And they’ll have a professionally trained caregiver who’s committed to give them home care assistance that’s respectful and dignified.

​We understand the safety, security and trust required by families who call in for home care. The anxiety of allowing a third-party inside the home of your elderly loved one is real.  Issues or concerns regarding life and property come to mind.

Magic Touch Home Care passed the rigorous screening and is registered with California’s Department of Social Services. This is required yearly to operate as a legitimate home care agency.

 

Reasonable rates

We believe that everyone should receive the quality care that they need, when they need it the most. Since homecare can be quite costly, we work with you in determining your options.

We accept most Long Term Care Insurance policies, and we can also help in processing the paperwork for billing.

 

In-home assessment

We have FREE IN-HOME ASSESSMENT in order to determine the level of care and the reasonable rate for the type of service that’s needed. We meet the proposed client and another family member if possible to see the actual care needs. We make recommendations on what’s a suitable home care schedule to get started, and if needed, to keep things flexible as we go along.

Make constant updates to family members

We keep daily logs of activities and care notes, which include, but are not limited to: daily blood pressure monitoring, blood glucose monitoring, temperature, weight, medications, activities performed, and other information important to keeping track of you or your loved one’s progress. Especially for families who live far, we can send “care notes” to keep you informed of what’s going on with inside the home.

 

Experience and Expertise

Our care attendants/caregivers have varying degrees of experience and expertise.  We make sure that you are matched with a caregiver who can give you the proper assistance that you need and prefer.

We do preliminary background checks and hire only those who meet our strict requirements which include clean records from the DOJ and the FBI.

After this process, they attend our face to face interview for training test and orientation. This is to make sure they meet our standard of care before they are considered for full employment and sent to your home.
